Incidence, Outcomes, and Predictors of Ventricular Thrombus after Reperfused ST-Segment–Elevation Myocardial Infarction by Using Sequential Cardiac MR Imaging

Cardiac MR imaging allows for an excellent characterization of the incidence and dynamics of left ventricular thrombus after ST-segment–elevation myocardial infarction and, in this scenario, a strategy of anticoagulation therapy guided by cardiac MR appears effective and safe.
