Remova1 of basic nitrogen in coking wax oil

In order to remove basic nitrogen compounds from coking wax oil,denitrification of coking wax oil was researched by adopted an acidic compound complexing denitrification agent,and used toluene as solvent in this experiment.The treating temperature,the treating time,the agent oil ratio and the settling time were investigated.It was found that the removal rate of basic nitrogen in coking wax oil reached 91.34%,and the yield of coking wax oil achieved 95.54% under the best test conditions of the treated temperature of 55℃,treating time of 40min,the agent oil ratio of 1:4 and the settling time of 30 min.
