3 cases report of invasive mammary Paget disease and literature review

Objective: To study the clinicopathologic characteristics of invasive mammary Paget disease. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinicopathologic data of 3 cases of invasive mammary Paget disease and review literature. Results: A total of 3 cases displayed papillary erosion, 1 case with ulcer, 1 case with invasive carcinoma and 1 case with DCIS. Microscopically, 3 cases displayed typical characteristics of Paget disease, accompanied dermal invasion. Immunohistochemical study showed CK7, EMA, ER were positive in 2 cases, HER-2, PR was positive in 2 case and S-100, P63 were negative in all. Conclusion: Invasive mammary Paget disease is a rare neoplasm and the similar prognosis with non-invasive mammary Paget disease.
