Caro d body tumors are infrequent, slow-growing, hypervascularised neoplasias. It has been reported that they account for about 0.03% of all tumors of the body and 0.6% of head and neck tumors. We present the case of a 48 years old, female pa ent referred to Endocrinology Service diagnosed as endemic goiter and headache. Study protocol included two imaging techniques that clearly allowed the iden fi ca on and diagnosis. Clinical-image diagnos c protocol used in this pa ent clearly helped to classify the tumor, and allowed to select its be er surgical approach.
