Purpose This study evaluated the diagnostic accuracy of computed tomography coronary angiography (CTCA) for detecting significant coronary artery stenosis (≥50% lumen reduction) at different coronary calcium score (CACS) values with conventional coronary angiography (CAG) as the reference standard.
