Tumor Recurrence: 3T Morphofunctional MR Follow-Up in Low-Grade Astrocytoma with Anaplastic Appearance

46-year-old patient with right frontal low-grade astrocytoma treated with subtotal surgery and combined radiation therapy–chemotherapy. 3T morphofunctional MR follow-up performed with morphologic imaging, diffusion, perfusion, and spectroscopy at 4 years after surgery and combined radiation therapy–chemotherapy.
