Research on microwave synthesis polyphosphazene with carbazole grafted by nitrobenzene azo and its optical conductivity property

Polyphosphazene with carbazole grafted by nitrobenzene azo was synthesised by microwave irradiationan,the structure and the molecular weight was analysised by UV,IR,1H MNR and photoelectric conductivity were determined.Research shows,the microwave power was 400W,the reaction time was 6min,the highest yield was 78.1wt%.Photoconductivity increase as field intensity,light intensity and pruity of azo group increase.Lay the foundation for synthesise new photoelectric material.
