Reconstruction of nasogenial defects using a triangular nasolabial advancement flap

Abstract We describe our preferred method for repairing cutaneous defects after the excision of basal cell carcinoma of the nasogenial region, a triangular subcutaneous pedicle flap. This flap is easily dissected and handled. It is suitable for the repair of defects of the lateral wall of the nose, medial cheek and upper lip.
