The focus of the examination of teacher-training professional certification is whether the training effect can reach the professional training goal and whether the professional positioning meets the needs of the society. Normal colleges are the main position for cultivating normal students, and college teachers must take on the important task of cultivating qualified normal students. However, there are some problems in the teacher evaluation system under the normal professional certification, which has affected the training of normal students. Therefore, how to establish a pertinent and reasonable evaluation index system, guide teachers of normal majors to pay attention to the cultivation of the teaching ability of normal students and encourage teachers to transform the latest educational and to teach research results into teaching content in a timely manner to promote normal students the overall development of health is worthy of our in-depth thinking.
