Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) arising from breast tissue is an extremely rare condition and malignancies associated with implants are even rarer. The authors discuss an overview of ALCL and its characteristics. Diagnosis with the presenting features that should raise a suspicion for ALCL are outlined, along with some of the recommended diagnostic tests and treatment. Accurate diagnosis and complete surgical treatment is important for definitive treatment of patients.
