The proposal of the marketing plan is to position the "Panda Products" brand in the local market, using strategies that respond to the needs of the clients and to be able to take advantage of the strengths and opportunities that the company has. The organization of the project is focused mainly on the products offered by the company. In addition, this project seeks to meet the needs of consumers and to move towards innovation in order to be at the forefront of the market. All this in order to meet the interests of the company and improve its profits. In order to understand the real needs demanded by clients, the respective market research will be carried out and the results will be interpreted in order to gain a broader understanding of the market and the strategies that must be implemented to position the Panda Product Company brand. This project will detail the strategies, activities, schedule and budget to be used in the marketing plan. For this marketing plan to achieve the expected results, it will be presented throughout the research through clear, concise and specific information that guarantees the transparency of this work.
