Surgical Management of Giant Hepatic Hemangioma: Single Center’s Experience with 144 Patients

Background Hepatic hemangioma (HH) is the most common benign solid tumor of the liver. The aim of this study is to review our experiences of surgical treatment for giant HH and to show the impact of HH size and type of surgical resection on surgical outcomes.
