Hemorrhage side-effects accompanied the surgical operation of malignant tumors quite often require the transfusion of enormous volume of hemopreparations and, consequently, may lead to different complications. This article shows that the use of recombinant activated factor VIIa reduces the volume of bleeding and diminish transfusion volume of cancer patients under operation on the occasion of metastases of colorectal cancer into the liver, prostate and bladder cancer.
