The Application of Secondary Regulation Technology on the Inertial Power Recovery of Earth Pressure Balance Simulation System of Shield

An earth pressure balance system of shield based on secondary regulation technology was proposed.By regulating the displacement of secondary element during braking,it runs as a pump along with the inertial unit to feedback power to accumulator.Simulation test shows that this system has a remarkable capability of inertial power recovery.The rate of energy recovery is influenced by the displacement of secondary element,the pressure of oil source and the rotating rate of system.Constant torque control can gentle the braking course and meet barking demands during energy recovery.
