A case of unilateral synchronous double primary lung cancers successfully resected by lobectomy and sleeve segmentectomy

症例は71歳, 男性.左肺上葉のII期扁平上皮癌と左B6入口部の早期扁平上皮癌の同側性同時性多発肺癌と診断し, 一期的に左肺上葉切除, 左S6管状区域切除および肺門縦隔リンパ節郭清を施行した.多発肺癌および早期肺癌に対する, 根治性と残存肺機能を考慮した外科治療の一例と考えられたので報告した.
