EPOhr: FARMACOCINÉTICA, FARMACODINAMIA Y BIODISTRIBUCIÓN EN CONEJOS NUEVA ZELANDA / EPOhr: PHARMACOKINETICS, PHARMACODYNAMICS AND BIODISTRIBUTION IN NEW ZELAND RABBITS

2015
Abstract Human recombinant erythropoietin is an endogenous glycoprotein wich is obtained industrially  by human recombinant techiniques. This molecule constitues the basis of hte biosimilar EPOCIM ® with wide introduction to the clinical practice, national and international. This biotechnologcial product is of excellence in the treatment of the anemia, with atribution of cytoprotection in brain and heart, now researching in the clinical practice. Due that doesn´t exists in the literature reports of experimental characterization, the aim of this paper is to offer an integral pharmacological evalutaion on EPOCIM ® . The experimental model was the New Zeland rabbit. It shows the pharmacokinetic parameters employing the Non Compartmental Analysis, the pharmacodynamic evaluation of heamtological indexes and the Biositribution empoyinf isotopical labeling of the molecule. There is a coincidence with the reportied for epohrbu different authors and it stablished a correlation with the novel therapeutic effects atribuitted in the clinical research now on its way. Keywords: Recombinate erythropoietin (epohr),pharmacodynamics, integral effect, isotopic labeling, bioidstribution.
