Analysis of 20 Cases of Mammography for Non-Typical Breast Carcinoma

Objective:To raise the cognition of mammography for non-typical breast carcinoma,and to improve the radiological diagnosis of atypical breast carcinoma.Methods:The mammography images of 20 cases with atypical breast cancer were collected and analyzed which were confirmed by pathology with no specific signs.Results:8 cases showed fibroma resembled or nodules,8 cases demonstrated local focus of increased density,2 cases had local gland architecture distortion,1 cases showed nothing abnormal,1 case demonstrated star sign,2 cases had calcification,and 1 case showed thichening and increased angiogram.Conclusion:A typical breast carcinoma can be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosis.Clinical and other diagnostic images should be considered synthetically to improve the diagnosis of breast carcinoma..
