Effect of lumbar disc herniation on blood pressure in patients with lumbar traction

Objective:To explore the effect of lumbar disc herniation on blood pressure in patients with lumbar traction. Methods:The clinical data of forty-six cases of lumbar disc herniation in patients with lumbar traction were analyzed retro- spectively.Results:In the 46 cases of patients with traction in the course of time,the blood pressure increased.Conclu- sion:The careful observation of changes of the patients in the process of lumbar traction and the blood pressure monitoring at any time are the indispensable measures to prevent accidents caused by traction.
