Efficacy of alprostadil combined with beraprost sodium on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

2019
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with beraprost sodium in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: From August 2014 to May 2018, 92 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with mecobalamin alone. The observation group was treated with alprostadil based on the control group. The liquid was combined with beraprost sodium, and the clinical efficacy, neurophysiological changes, and TCSS (Toronto Neuropathy Scoring System) scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%, which was higher than that of the control group (78.26%). The difference was statistically significant (X2=6.1333, P<0.05). The SCNV and MNCV of the common peroneal nerve and median nerve were higher in the observation group than in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The TCSS score of the ob...
