The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of assertive approach parameters and phyisiokinetherapeutic intervention against postsurgical complications from the reconstructive mammaplasty after a mastectomy, the study was executed in SOLCA. To achieve it, a participatory observational study was conducted with a systematic review of research articles and focus groups interviews relevant to the proposed aim. For the analysis were studied 200 people who flocked to the clinic room number 6 of Doctor Armando Serrano of Hospital Solca, to obtain useful information about the possible complications in the postsurgical treatment of reconstructive mammaplasty after a mastectomy, and then, with these results analyze the intervention and the effectiveness of physiotherapy in this Hospital. It was noted little scientific evidence to demonstrate the role played by the Physiotherapist who is the professional endowed with skills, specific tools and suitability to provide help at possible complications of this type of surgeries.
