Electric-controlled gear shift control device of automobile speed-changer

2006
An electrically controlled electric shift control device of an automobile speed transmission comprises a selectro executive mechanism, a shift executive mechanism and a gear location detecting mechanism. The utility model is characterized in that the selectro executive mechanism is directly driven by two electromagnets, an electromagnet lower iron core (12) is associated with a shift shaft (10) and an upper iron core (19) is connected with the lower iron core (12) to be an integral body through a connecting screw rod (14) to motivate the selectro shaft to move up-and-down and the selectro movement is completed. The shift executive mechanism is driven by a speed reduction motor (1) to anchor the shift shaft to rotate to complete the shift movement through a gear (3) and a fan-shaped tooth-sliding sleeve (2). The gear location detecting mechanism comprises two inching switches (21) (22), a permanent magnet (5), a linear hall element (7), a position for detecting the selectro and shift movement and a current gear location. The device is controlled by an electric control unit to realize the automatic shift control of the mechanical speed transmission. Because the electromagnet has the advantages of fast movement and accurate position with no abrasion or the like, the shift time is reduced to guarantee the working reliability. The device is simple in structure with convenient mounting and arrangement and is applicable to the electrically controlled mechanical automatic speed transmission shift control of different automobiles.
