A Probe into the Exercise Prescription Teaching in the Physical Education of Graduates

Exercise prescription is one of the heatedly discussed topics in the circle of education nowadays. Different colleges hold different opinions as to how to carry out physical education in graduates. By means of documents study,suggested some points concerning the exercise prescription for graduates based on the country's education plan and the characteristics of graduates. The model of exercise prescription is designed and some suggestions are offered,in order to serve as reference for the physical education teaching concerned.
