Disclosed is a heat exchange tube that has excellent hairpin bending workability, generates little fin crushing, and has excellent corrosion resistance. Provided is the heat exchange tube attached with an aluminum alloy inner groove that has a plurality of ridge-type fins formed therein, contains 0.8 to 1.8 percentage by mass of Mn (hereinafter, percentage by mass is referred to as %), 0.3% to 0.8% of Cu, and 0.02% to 0.2% of Si. The remnant is formed from Al and unavoidable impurities, and the average grain size of the molded article is 150μm or less.
