Observation on Effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill and Aspirin on Angina Patients

2012
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pill and aspirin in angina patients. Methods Sixty angina patients from the hospital during the period from Feb 2010 to Feb 2011 were randomized divided into control group(conventional therapy of aspirin) and treatment group(added compound Danshen dripping pill on the basis of control group). The clinical efficacy, cardiac function and ECG changes of 2 groups were observed. Results In 30 patients from the control group, there were 13 markedly effective patients,7 effective patients and 10 invalid patients. In 30 patients from the treatment group, there were 18 markedly effective patients,9 effective patients and 3 invalid patients.Compared with patients in the control group(66.7%),the total efficiency of patients in the treatment group was significantly increased(90.0%),P0.05.Compared with the pre-treatment,the cardiac function and ECG were obviously improved for 2 groups after treatment;compared with the control group after 3 month treatment, the cardiac function and ECG were obviously improved in patients of the treatment group.During the period of 3 month treatment,4 patients with gastrointestinal symptoms were observed and then relieved without special treatment in control group and no obvious adverse reactions in treatment group. Conclusion The compound Danshen dripping pill and aspirin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of angina and has fewer adverse reactions, and it is worthy to promote the clinical application.
