Acute non-lymphocytic leukemia complicated with anxiety and depression: a case report and literature review

Objective To investigate the causes and countermeasures of hematologic malignancies combined with mood disorder.Methods The date of one patients with acute non-lymphocytic leukemia complicated with anxiety and depression were analyzed,and the related literatures were reviewed.Results In cancer patients,the incidence rate of depression was significantly higher than that in healthy control group,there was significant difference.Conclusions Early and effective antidepressant,anxiety treatment,including psychological counseling are conducive to the recovery of patients with mood disorders before hematologic malignancies are eased.In the comprehensive treatment,psychological treatment should be given actively to enhance their confidence and courage to overcome the disease.The quality of life after transplantation,the psychological problems of this population can not be ignored.
