Permanent His-bundle Pacing for Dextrocardia with Situs Inversus Totalis Using a Combination of an Electrode Catheter and a Deflectable Sheath

Since Deshmukh and associates1 reported the successful implementation of His-bundle pacing (HBP) in 2000, previous studies have reported that HBP can decrease heart failure admission and preserve left ventricular ejection fraction compared to right ventricular (RV) pacing.2, 3 We report a case of successful HBP using a deflectable sheath in a patient with complete atrioventricular block (AVB) with dextrocardia.
