Effects of 12 weeks of once-daily tiotropium and olodaterol fixed-dose combination on exercise endurance in patients with COPD

2015
• The once-daily (QD) long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) tiotropium and the QD long-acting b2-agonist (LABA) olodaterol both improve endurance time (ET) during constant work rate cycle ergometry (CWRCE).1–3 • The effects of 6 weeks of treatment with tiotropium + olodaterol fixed-dose combination (FDC) versus monotherapy components and placebo on ET during CWRCE has been evaluated in two Phase III studies (1237.13 [NCT01533922] and 1237.14 [NCT01533935]; MORACTO).
