Water-based one-component anti-tannin clear primer and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a water-based one-component anti-tannin clear primer and a preparation method thereof. The clear primer comprises main components including an acrylic resin emulsion and a self-crosslinking acrylic resin emulsion and auxiliary agents including a thickening agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a film coalescing aid, a bactericide and the like, wherein the weight ratio of self-crosslinking acrylic resin emulsion to acrylic resin emulsion is 1: (0.8 to 1.2). The test and application prove that the water-based one-component anti-tannin clear primer provided by the invention has performances in line with national standards, good construction leveling property and fast defoaming speed; a coating film has the characteristics of less bubbles, good transparency, easy grinding, and excellent anti-tannin performance. When the clear primer is matched with a topcoat, the tannin migration can be effectively resisted and the topcoat cannot turn yellow.
