Simulation and Analysis on Condensing Effect of the Different Air Suction Slots of Compact Spinning with Lattice Apron

To understand the condensing effect of the different air suction slots of compact spinning with lattice apron,SolidWorks software is used to establish the three-dimensional model of condensing area,Fluent 6.3 software is used to simulate the distribution of flow velocity in condensing area of straight groove,oblique groove,and alien slot.It can be obtained that the compacting effect of the alien slot is the best,oblique groove is more conducive to output the fiber strand,and it can roll and twist the sliver.
