Early Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer. Methods and Limits

In my opinion, an optimal endoscopical routine examination of the. stomach includes the use of an orthograde gastrocamera as photoscopy, and the inspection of the stomach with frontal viewing gastroscopes performed in one session. The necessary directed biopsies can be made during this examination.
