Comprehensive Evaluation on Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Yantai City Based on Radial Basis Function Neural Network

Based on the RBF neural network theory,a new model for evaluating water resources carrying capacity was built up using Matlab 6.5.And it was applied to evaluate water resources carrying capacity in Yantai city.So the result provides the scientific decision basis for water resources sustainable development and utilization of Yantai city.
