Method and apparatus for sending information between two mobile communication networks

A method of sending information between two mobile communication networks (1000, 2000), wherein preferably a first mobile communication network (1000) is a Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET), in particular a Vehicular Ad-hoc Network (VANET), and wherein preferably a second mobile communication network (2000) is a Cellular network (CNET), the method comprising: determining (100) a decision interval (T). Monitors (200) a signal channel (SCH) for receiving a beacon signal (B). Reducing (300) a cluster-head probability (p) for each received beacon signal (B) within the decision interval (T). Deciding (400) to be a cluster head (CH), with the cluster-head probability (p). If the decision (400) is to be a cluster head (CH) positive: notifying (500) the decision (400) is a cluster head (CH) to be by means of sending (510) a cluster-head decision groups message (CH-GN) via the first mobile communication network (1000) -, if (600) is received via the first mobile communication network (1000), a group message (GN), sending (610) of this group message (GN) via the second mobile communication network (2000). And if (700) is received via the second mobile communication network (2000), a group message (GN), sending (710) of this group message (GN) via the first mobile communication network (1000).
