Odprto izobraževanje v zdravstvu – tehnologija in metoda

The paper presents the e-learning education method for adults, which was developed specifically for usage in the open education in health care. The article also presents empirical results that were acquired with the help of the above-mentioned method during the pilot project at Topolsica Hospital. The method combines blended and flipped learning by employing the open education resources, which were produced and published as one of key results of the pilot project. The education web portal Videolectures.NET serves as a technological base. The results have proven the adequacy of the approach and a high satisfaction among the participants of the education process. The research presented in the article was conducted as a part of the activities in the Opening up Slovenia (OuS) initiative, and followed by the ongoing pilot projects of other Slovenian hospitals. In addition, we present an example of good practice in transferring the contents of education programmes between health care and education sectors, as demonstrated by the use of the content of the health care education in primary schools.
