Single-Phased Emission-Tunable Mg-Doped ZnO Phosphors for White LEDs.

Mg-doped ZnO phosphors are obtained from a previously described precursor gel by annealing in air at 850 °C for 3 h followed by a second annealing step in a CO reducing atmosphere at 850 °C for different times (10, 30, 60, 180, and 399 min).
