Морфологические характеристики непаразитарных кист и поликистоза печени, обоснование их деэпителизации этиловым спиртом

One hundred patients with non-parasitic cysts and polycystic liver disease were underwent «open» (32%) and mini-invasive (68%) surgical interventions with treatment of the residual cavity or percutaneous sclerotherapy of cyst s cavity with 96% ethanol. Conducted morphological evaluation of the effectiveness of deepitelization non-parasitic liver cysts only with ethanol and combined with mechanical action. It was found that both methods are equally effective. It was found, that recurrences after combination method of the deepitalization developed significantly less (6.5%) than after percutaneous puncture and injection of ethanol (50%). Predictors of recurrence are the presence of internal partitions in the cyst cavity and insufficient time impact sclerosant.
