Practical aspects of surface plasma sources operation

Many versions of Surface‐Plasna Sources were developed and optimized for different applications after the first discovery of the cesium catalysis of negative ion production in gas discharges. A short description of these Surface‐Plasma Sources ane their optimization is presented. (AIP)
