Minimizing the Heating Time using Alternate Method in Bottle Manufacturing

The main objective of the project is to minimize the heating time by implementing alternate methods of heating in bottle manufacturing, so it will improve productivity by reducing wastages. The production rate is an important subject in manufacturing. This project is focusing on improving the efficiency of production by making alternate for heating performs. The required data are gathered from the production line with the help of the employee and analyzed to identify the problem. A suitable solution will be implemented to improve production.
