Морфологія плівок четвертинних амонієвих сполук на поверхні інкубаційних яєць

The results of study by a method of scanning electronic microscopy of morphological features of thinfilm formed on a surface of hatching eggs of the hens by the disinfectants prolonged action on a basis of the quaternary ammonium substances (QAS) («ВВ-1», «АТМ-Аrома») are given. The dependence of thin structure of the disinfectants thin-films from a chemical nature of impurity compounds (ions Ag+, aromatic additives) to basic ingredient - alkyltrimethylammonium is shown. The comparative analysis of character of influence on native egg cuticle of the disinfectants on a basis of the aldehyds, polyhexamethyleneguanidinehydrochlorides and peroxides substances is carried out.
