Study on the Quality of life of the Internet’s active population in China from the perspective of big data

In this study, the data of quality of life (QOL) of Internet’s active population in six provinces and two big cities of China was collected by big data, using the World Health organization Quality of Life Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF).On the basis of the data, the relationship of quality of life (QOL) and its influencing factors of this kind of person was set up and all the process was analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach via Smart PLS software 3.0. The results show that traditional factors such as physiological factors, psychological factors, and environmental factors have a positive relationship on the quality of life (QOL) of the Internet’s active population but social relationships do not since the demand and dependence of people on traditional social network is weakening under the background of big data era.
