Correlation between sexual intercourse bleeding,cervical cancer and precancerous lesions

Objectives:To discuss the relation among sexual intercourse bleeding,cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.Method:631 cases of sexual intercourse bleeding outpatients from January 2011 to November 2012 were selected and received gynecology clinic voluntary cervical cancer screening who have a history of underwent liquid-based cytology,colposcopy and cervical electronic four-quadrant multi-biopsy + endocervical curettage(ECC),and the pathological diagnosis.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:TCT positive rate was 55.47%,of which there were 194 cases of LSIL,accounting for 30.75%;76 cases of ASC-US(12.04%),31 cases of ASC-H(4.91%),48 cases of HSIL(7.61%) and 1 case of AGC(0.16%).Colposcopic biopsy results showed that there were 176 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)(27.89%),101 cases of CINⅡ + CIN Ⅲ(57.39%) and 19 cases of cervical cancer(3.01%).Conclusion:sexual intercourse bleeding is the caution of cervical lesions,extra attention and follow-ups should be paid to patients who have sexual intercourse bleeding in order to reduce its rate of missed diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and the misdiagnosis rate.
