The Effects of rPA Combined with Reduced Glutathione Hormone on Acute ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

2013
Objective: To investigate the effect of the recombinant tissue plasminogen activato(rPA) combined with reduced glutathione hormone(GSH) on acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Method: 40 STEMI patients from our hospital in January 2010 to February 2012 were selected. They were divided into two groups One of the group were given routine thrombolytic therapy with rPA(rPA group,n=20),the other group were treated with rPA and GSH(rPA and GSH group,n=20).The recanalization rate, the change of myocardial enzyme spectrum,The improvement of heart function and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: ①Compared with before treatment, the myocardial enzymes levels of CK,AST,SOD,CK-MB,cTnT and cTnI significantly increased after treatment in both groups(P0.05 a11),but compared with the rPA group, the levels of myocardial enzymes were less, and SOD was more in GSH group(P0.05 a11);②Compared with routine thrombolysis group, there were significantly decreased in LVEDd [(53±5)mm vs(58±6)mm],LVESd[(41±5)mm vs(47±5)mm],and significantly increased in EF[(61±7)% vs(55±5)%] in the GSH group(P0.05 all);③The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in GSH groups was 5 patients(25%),significantly lower than that in the rPA group(P0.05).Conclusion: The rPA combined with reduced glutathione hormone can significantly increase the ST in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction vascular recanalization rate, improve ventricular structure and function after reperfusion, reduce the rate of complications.
