Application research of the joint detection of MP,igM,and CRP in mycoplasma pneumonia

2013
Objective To study the diagnostic value of MP-igM,and CRP in mycoplasma pneumonia infection. Methods Patients who had been treated from February 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital for mycoplasma pneumonia infection were selected as research objects, ninety of the mycoplasma pneumonia inflection patients were chosen as the observation group and ninety of the respiratory tract infection patients were chosen as the control group. The count of MP,IgM,and CRP were measured. Results The positive rate of MP-IgM in observation group was 98.9%,which was much higher than 0 of control group. The average content of CRP and WBC count were higher than control group. The variation had statistical significance(P 0.05).The positive rate of Mon,Neu,Lym,Eos and Bas count in observation group were higher than those of control group, the variation had statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion In order to increase the detection rate of MP,we can combine it with IgM,and CRP.In this way,we can judge the condition of disease and observe therapeutic effect more easily. It also provides a more reliable basis for the treatment of respiratory infection of children.
