PRANA - Decision Support System for Assessment of Countermeasure Strategy in the Long-Term Period of Liquidation of the Consequences of a Nuclear Accident (Agrosphere)

The description of the computer system PRANA DSS (Decision Support System for the Protection and Rehabilitation of the Agrosphere after a Nuclear Accident) for analysis of protective measures in the long-term after a nuclear accident is presented. The development of PRANA DSS is based on the use of geo-informational technologies and elaboration of approaches and methods of estimation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident. The features of the system, its components and examples of PRANA implementation are considered.
