Reliability Influencing Factors Analysis of Sawing Spindle on Sawing Platform

In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of sawing shrubs, the sawing pre-test combined with ANSYSA Workbench statics and Six sigma module is used to analyze the reliability of the sawing spindle core component sawing spindle, and Steps and methods of the reliability analysis of the sawing spindle was proposed. The indoor sawing pre-test was carried out in the early stage of the analysis. The maximum lateral load value of the sawing spindle was 249.6N and the maximum torque value was 16.04N•M. It used ANSYSA Workbench to analyze the reliability of the sawing spindle, selected the sawing spindle geometry and loaded as random variables, and obtained the probability list and sensitivity of the sawing spindle. The research shows that the random variable has a great influence on the reliability of the sawing spindle. The small order is: P5 > P7 > P4. When the sawing spindle reaches the pre-test maximum working load, the sawing spindle design meets the reliability requirements.
