The present invention provides a membrane separation method suitable for reuse water desalination, for low salt concentration sewage (waste) water. Water desalination method of the present invention is achieved by filtration and the adsorption of the conductive composite film. Conductive Composite films using flat membrane form, submerged run. In the energized condition, and a conductive composite film to complete the recovery of adsorbed ionic contaminants. Coupling film of the present invention is electrically separated from the adsorption desalination process, extend the life of the adsorbent material by previously trapped particulate contaminants, improve the adsorption effect, reducing power consumption. The present invention is a compact apparatus, easy operation and management, to control the removal of ions by controlling the applied voltage and the flux, under suitable conditions and the flux voltage, to achieve the contaminant sewage (waste) water purification removed.
