The high-voltage sleeve insulation detection device comprises a variable-frequency power supply, a series resonance boosting device, a standard voltage transformer, a current detection module and a measuring and control module, wherein one ends of the variable-frequency power supply, the series resonance boosting device, the standard voltage transformer band the current detection module are respectively connected with the measuring and control module, the other ends of the variable-frequency power supply, the series resonance boosting device and the standard voltage transformer are connected with a high voltage end of a detected sleeve, and the other end of the current detection module is connected with an end screen terminal of the detected sleeve. The device can detect the insulation of the sleeve based on a frequency domain dielectric spectrum test.
