The invention relates to a high-hardness aluminum alloy material. The high-hardness aluminum alloy material comprises, by weight percentage, 0.58%-0.6% of Si, less than or equal to 0.16% of Fe, less than or equal to 0.02% of Cu, 0.8%-0.83% of Mg, 0.015%-0.025% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.012% of Cr, less than or equal to 0.012% of Zn, 0.015%-0.03% of Ti, and the balance Al. The high-performance aluminum alloy material with high strength and hardness is prepared by selecting a specific formula. Meanwhile, the high-hardness aluminum alloy material has the advantages of being lightweight, resistant to abrasion and good in plasticity. The high-hardness aluminum alloy material further has an excellent heat dissipation property, can be used for manufacturing of automobile frames and can reduce the dead load of automobiles, thereby being widely applied to the field of new energy automobiles.
