The Salvation Army Crossroads, Mary Anderson Family Violence Service (MAFVS) a Victorian Statewide service is jointly funded by the Department of Human Services and The Salvation Army. MAFVS is based in Melbourne's Northern metropolitan suburbs and provides specialist family violence support to women and women with children. The program aims to assist women and children to uphold their human right to live free from violence through the delivery of services which include dispersed family violence assistance. The MAFVS practice is guided by the gendered informed approach to family violence.
