No todo dolor lumbar irradiado a la región inguinal es un cólico

We report a case of a 53-year-old male with irradiated lower back pain in the inguinal region and ipsilateral testicle. Thinking in renal colic as first diagnosis, treatment is started and complementary tests are requested. The patient has a torpid evolution, so the study is extended to find the true cause of pain: a complicated infra-renal abdominal aneurysm.
