The Effect of Evacuation of Intracranial Hematoma with Micro-traumatic O peration on Patients with Heavy Cerebral Hemorrhage: A Report of 36 Cases

Objective To investigate the effect of evacu ation of intracranial hematoma with mini-wound on patients with heavy cerebral hemorrhage. Me thods The location of hematom was confirmed by CT and the blood was sucked out by punc ture needle. The liquefier was injected into the cavity and drained out after 4 hours. Then the cavity was rinsing 1 or 2 times a day. Results Among all 36 ca ses, the effective rate is 83.3%. The death rate is 16.7%. The disabled rate has been reduced obviously. Conclusions The curative effect of evacuation of intr acranial hematoma with micro-traumatic operation is good. It is a new and safe o peration with slight injury for treating cerebral hemorrhage.
